How We Use Your Data

Concierge-Assisted Matchmaking Services
Reshta.pk offers optional concierge-assisted meetup services. When a user purchases a meetup request and the receiving user accepts the request, Reshta assigns an authorized Reshta Concierge to assist both parties in coordinating the meetup.
Information Sharing Protocols:
We share necessary details (such as names, contact details, meeting preferences) with the assigned concierge solely to facilitate and coordinate the meetup.
Contact information and meeting details are shared between both users only after both users have mutually agreed to proceed. If a meetup request is declined, no contact details are shared and no concierge is assigned.
Payment Information
Payments for premium matchmaking and concierge-assisted services are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store complete debit card, credit card, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. We may retain limited payment-related information such as purchase history, payment status, transaction identifiers, and purchased packages for support and fraud prevention.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Account Deletion Request
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
Settings > Account > Delete AccountUpon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active systems unless retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate fraud prevention, security, or legal purposes.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an application error, we may collect diagnostic information through third-party services.
This Log Data may include IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, date and time of usage, crash reports, and performance statistics. This information is used solely to improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Service.

Depending on the features you use, the App may request permission to access:

- Photo Library: for uploading profile pictures
- Notifications: for matches, messages, meetup requests, and account updates
